Do you get any indication lights with the charger connected? Are the lights solid or blinking, and which colors? You might be dealing with a bad battery, a bad charger, both or maybe even a problem with the power key...

report it Acer service center near you and avail the warranty

    else

buy new battery and charger of the same model/specification

    else

buy compatible ones if you wish but will void the warranty

Keep an eye out for any other anomalies and let us know. It could still be any of those issues, but just intermittent.

Turned laptop on yesterday and used fine. No need to charge so tried again today and nothing _ no lights no power, nothing.
