Hello!

The battery and screen of my laptop were repaired at an Acer service center here in my country. But when I got it back, it started having issues with blue screen errors, so I returned the unit to them and they had to downgrade the operating system from Windows 11 to Window 10. However, now, I am having problems with the touchpad because the multi-touch gestures function is not working. I also tried to look in the BIOS as per troubleshooting suggestions, but there was no Touchpad setting listed as an option. Can somebody assist me in fixing it? I can't leave my laptop in the service center for another extended period of time but I need the touchpad's scrolling feature. It already took them a month to fix the blue screen error and replace the battery and screen.

Note: The touchpad on my Acer Swift 3 is functional; the multi-touch/multi-fingers function, however, is not.
