Keyboard backlight does not work in Acer Spin SP513- 54N

Suddenly the backlight on the keyboard stopped working.
I tried following different solutions including checking the bios and restarting the battery.
What else can be done?

Hi,
Turn off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while, reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the battery and see whether it helps.

If you are within the warranty period, get it fixed by Acer Support centre in your region, if not, you could try reseating the backlight cable as mentioned by @egydiocoelho in this thread:Spin 5 (SP513-54N) keyboard backlight stopped working. — Acer Community

My keyboard backlight stoped working after one BSOD.
I know it's not what you would like to hear ... I tried to solve it somehow using advices from net ... nothing worked. I gave up.
And one day ... all of a sudden ... it started to work.
I did nothing at all.
I don't know if it was because of some windows update.
All I want to say with it is ... try to give it a time.
