Boot from your USB flash drive. When you see the windows screen, click "Repair your computer" on the left side of the screen. Then click "Troubleshoot", "Advanced Options" , "Command Prompt".

Click "Create Windows 10 Installation media" to prepare a bootable USB flash drive. You will find "MediaCreationTool21H2.exe" in your download folder. Execute this file and follow the instructions on the screen.

Yes, the Repair option is actually shown in the second screen from the install boot...

I have created a repair drive and downloaded windows 10 and tried to boot the laptop as said, but as soon as I save all setting as exit to boot from USB, it goes back to the Acer screen and starts looping again as explained in my post, was suggested that I open and unplug and plug the battery and it would reset bios...

Can you boot from the USB, that means can you select the USB from the boot menu when booting up?

I've tried booting from the USB but it goes to doing the same thing, going on than off and on again for itself.

Please don't post this same issue on other user threads. Stay on your own thread here to avoid confusion and delays in trying to resolve the issue.

Press and hold the power button again till the machine shuts off. Insert the USB installation flash drive. Turn the machine on and IMMEDIATELY start tapping the F12 key. until a USB boot menu shows up.

If you are using the F12 menu to choose the USB install drive and it's doing the same thing, then it's not actually booting from the installer. How did you create the install flash drive, which version of Windows did you use? It needs to be the 32bit image, not the 64bit.

Are you mashing the F12 key BEFORE the Acer logo appears? Try this. Press and hold the F12 key, then turn the machine on while still holding the F12 key.

It's confusing to have multiple threads from the same user on the same subject. My guess is they downloaded the 64bit version of Windows for their installer, and as we know they need the 32bit version with this model.

Hi when I switch my switch 10 on it always asked for a password and I could go into BIOS, but now when I put my password in it says wrong password and I did not charge it, what could the problem be that it does not want to accept the password now.
