My ram slot appears to be broken from the factory, in my opinion. Acer Nitro 5 an515-57

So, five months ago, I purchased an Acer Nitro 5 an515-57. I attempted to upgrade the ram a week ago, but the ram won't read even though I carefully and thoroughly followed the instructions. Please let me know if the RAM slot on the laptop can be damaged at the factory. If so, will my laptop's warranty cover repairs? or I'm the only one at fault.

OK. Try this. Install both RAM sodimms. Then turn the machine on and immediately tap F2 to enter the BIOS menu. Please post a phone photo of the BIOS INFORMATION screen if possible.
