Reseted my laptop caused it to be forever stuck with Acer logo AN517-52-52T3

Title says it, my model is a AN517-52-52T3 for those wondering I've tried accessing to BIOS but instead gave me the Acer logo without the spinning wheel. As well, tried accessing the windows repair but only gave me, "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause."

    Yes, I think that would be your best choice. Be sure that Boot Enable is active in your BIOS.

    You can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

    Check the above link to do a reset.

    NOTE: You will loose all the data in this reset process.

    I tried doing that but no luck, just showed me the same thing, "Windows failed to start.A recent hardware or software change might be the cause."

    So things are booting normally through POST and that tells us the hardware is likely OK (though it can get that far with a failed drive). The spinning dots tells us Windows has started to load. It might be something as simple as corrupted files on the drive which are trying to be repaired by a check disk (in which case the proper thing to do is let it sit it that screen overnight so it can complete). Worst case, assuming the drive hasn't failed, is an OS reinstall.

    Thanks for a tip, ill run it over night I'll update you guys when something happens.

    I've waited for 6 hours and is still doing the spinning symbol and the acer logo, I'm not very sure if I should wait even longer because I didn't do a factory reset. I only did a normal reset.

    See if you can do, an ALT-F10 on boot .

    Try resetting the bios by pressing the f9 and f10 keys. If the problem continues, follow Larryodie's tip.

    You can't do a F9 or F10 because you can't get into the BIOS. Try an ALT-F10 or create a USB WIN TOOL on another computer. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f-aa6f-40c3b507420d

    Wondering if you've tried the delete key to get into the bios and then do a F9 factory reset?

    He has been able to get into the BIOS, the system doesn't fail until Windows starts loading. The next step is to boot using a Windows install image and run some diagnostics on the drive.

    Sorry, for not answering but it would do nothing. Might have to boot windows from flash drive.

    ALT-F10 will reset your computer to factory defaults. You will be asked to keep your data files or format.
