    Try updating the drivers using the driverbooster! See if this is really a driver problem!

    If the SSD has that many relocated sectors, then it is indeed going bad.
    It will need to be replaced.

    I have an SSD that is 2.5+ years old and it has 23 relocated sectors and this is a 24/7 machine. Just to give you a reference point.

    Here's my HD Sentinel stats, I don't really have any reference whether these are bad or good for an SSD with 43 days of run time.

    I'm not sure if retired block count is the same as relocated sectors but it's at 253.

    Looks like it was a driver issue, it hasn't frozen for over a week since updated with Driver Booster.
  • Use crystalliskinfo again and check your health again and see if there is a fault!

    Well as long as its stable now I guess thats fine. I would keep an eye on it though incase you need to RMA the SSD before the warranty is up.
