You brought this laptop 11days ago so it may be under return policy, am i right?
If yes, then contact seller ask for return and replace
This is because of very bad thermal paste or may fan issue.

@GAMING6698 BRP NOW ITS NOT UNDER RETURN POLICY, BUT IF COOLING SYSTEM IS NOT PROBLEM I GUESS CAUSE IM GETTING BETWEEN35 TO 45 WITH CHARGER PLUGGED OFF. AND I TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM THEY R TELLING IF LAPTOP IS NOT CRASHING THEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM. CAN AUTOMATIC SWITCH ON NIVIDIA FROM INTEL GRAPHICS DURING CHARGING CAN BE REASON BEHIND THIS

It work for both nitro 5 and predator laptop but need intel cpu.
And better to call acer team or call technician for applying new thermal paste

    Hi,

I recently started facing similar issues of increased system temperature even when my CPU and GPU were not in use and the exact same thing that plugged in increases temperature but instantly disconnecting power makes the laptop normal again.

I finally found the culprit after looking for almost every setting in the battery plan.

So to fix this issue go to Power and Sleep -> Additional Power Settings -> Click on change plan settings for the current selected plan -> Click on change advanced power settings.

Here scroll down to PCI Express -> Link State Power Management

Now change this value to maximum power savings and you will immediately see a drop of 4-5 degrees in your temperature.

and within 2-3 minutes your Laptop should be back to normal.
