    From my experience if you start your laptop and as long as you dont unlock it.
    the fans are slower with no noise.
    After you unlock the device looks like predator sense take over and ramps up them to minimum speed in the fan currve.
    1200-1500-2000 on idle is high. while gpu fan is also on when gpu is simply not working. since intel UHD handles the usual tasks.
    In my experience I have seen, used other devices with same specs but provide better cooling and better performace to QOL balance. at casual & gaming use. 
    idling at high rpm not only produces the noise but also reduces the battery life when using without charger.
    And reducing the refresh rate helps as well.
    I dont care what name you give to your tech. like calling XDR display to and OLED with HDR. I have seen many thread online about this specific proprietary tech simply making ratling noise at low rpm. even about finding replacement.
    I expect better experience over all not some made up names that company trademarks.
