How memory upgrade Aspire A515 45?

My notebook has AMD Ryzen 5 5500U and comes with 4GB soldered and another 4GB slot. It comprises a 16GB DDR4 3200MHz memory, but it doesn't work.

With the new memory:
The notebook turns the fan on for a second, stops, and then turns the fan back on straight. The screen doesn't show anything, I can't access the BIOS. There's an attempt until I discover a Windows error saying it needed to be fixed, but trying again I couldn't get to that screen. I also didn't want to leave too much time to not force the SSD, which I noticed was heating up.
I went back to the memory that came and is working normal.

Problem Memory: XPG Hunter Memory, 16GB, 3200MHz, DDR4, CL20, For Notebook - AX4S320016G20I-SBHT.

It has an XMP function, which researching I saw isn't supported by Acer, but shouldn't it at least turn on the notebook?
My idea now is to return a memory and try to buy another one, but I don't know if the problem was just the XMP or there's some other detail that I don't understand.

What memory can I use?

Can I get a 4GB + 16GB dual channel setup? What do I need to pay attention to this?

Does the memory frequency need 3200MHz? And the notebook supports it all?

Both seem OK if you can't easily get a 2666MHz module. I'd probably choose the 16GB Micron if it was my laptop.

sonandres, leave your Aspire A515 45 with its OEM RAM spec and run the Crucial System Scanner as that will tell you the best ugrades for RAM and SSD's that yoour A515 45 can be upgraded to.

Open Task Manager with original 4GB soldered +4 GB replaceable configuration. Click performance tab.  Click memory. Check frequency speed in lower right pane. This is frequency you should try to match in a 16GB modules. Probably garden variety 2666MHz would be best. Don't worry about dual channel capability as it usually isn't  too noticeable except maybe with a closely matched pair of  modules.

    On Task Manager shows 3200MHz.
On Crucial Scanner shows a specific memory that is hard to me to find, I'm try another one with similar specs.
Can I try with lower frequency? The motherboard support it?

What module did the crucial scanner recommend?

PS: Your mainboard bus should be compatible with DDR4 sodimm modules  2400MHz or higher frequency.

It recommends CT16G4SFD832A, but I can't find it where I live. I can ship from Amazon internationally, but it's too expensive.

    From Crucial, I found CT16G4SFRA266, 16GB, but 2666 MHz.

And 16gb Ddr4 3200 Mhz Sk Hynix Hma81gs6djr8n, from that brand Sk Hynix.

    Also, 16gb Ddr4 3200 Mhz Micron Mta8atf2g64hz-3g2.

    Which one can be better?
