3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

Yes he said he did, he also said that he thought it had water/liquid damage inside but this has never had any water or liquid damage while i have had it. I think he was just making things up as he didnt know what it was.egydiocoelho said:Did the technician check the battery connectors?
