Helios 300 Stuck in Windows 10 Lock Screen
My school's Helios 300 recently stopped letting us sign in to Windows 10. The computer powers on and boots the Windows Lock Screen, but when pressing a button to move on to the sign in screen, it freezes / loads forever. I've attempted to repair windows using troubleshooting utilities, but have been unsuccessful in those efforts. I've ran hard drive checks and there doesn't seem to be any problem with the HDD. Anyone having similar issues or problems with this? Thanks in advance!

Do a reset on the unit by removing all data. Use the Alt+F10 and the start up to go to the reset optionsClick on 'Yes' if the comment answers your question!0 -
@Jack22
When I tried to reset this PC using the troubleshooting options, this message displays on this screen:
"There was a problem resetting your PC."
The only option from there is to cancel.

Also, there is no data on the computer that needs to be saved, we've got backups of everything. Anything can be erased from the computer if needed.0

That didn't work, I believe the HDD may have write protection. I've tried to clear that attribute, but that failed as well.
