    Hi @NutsyFarawla ,
    Try uninstalling and re-installing pointing device drivers  and check whether it is working fine. follow the below steps to;
    1. Open the Device Manager by holding down the Windows Key and pressing the X Key on your keyboard. ...
    2. Once the Device Manager is opened it will populate a list of devices installed on your system. ...
    3. Once the arrow has been expanded, right-click on the specific driver that you want to reinstall and then choose Uninstall.
    4. restart the computer the un-installed drivers will get updated and installed automatically.
    Hit Accept if its useful :)

    Did this happen all the time, or for a short time after you turned your laptop on?

    I had the mouse cursor jumping all over the screen problem for months.  Changed mouse, changed settings, used different usb ports, even bought a new LED desk lamp.  Technical support had me reset everything to factory.  Nothing helped.

    Then, one day I was looking in device manager under Human Interface Devices and saw the Go TrustID device.  Disabled it and mouse started working perfectly.  Uninstalled that pos bloatware and problem solved forever.

    I understand why Acer might want to offer this app to their customers, but they shouldn't activate it.  Months of aggravation for me for no good reason.
