NitroSense Not Working on Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 (Windows 11)

Hello,

I am having trouble with the NitroSense app on my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 running Windows 11.

Details:

  • Laptop Model: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57
  • Windows Version: Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946)
  • NitroSense Version: 3.01.3046_20220617 (latest downloaded from Acer website)
  • Issue: NitroSense installs but does not open. Pressing Fn + F9 or launching from Start menu has no effect.

What I have already tried:

  1. Uninstalled previous NitroSense versions and services.
  2. Deleted leftover NitroSense.msi file.
  3. Installed the latest NitroSense version compatible with Windows 11.
  4. Installed (or tried to) drivers including Serial IO, Turbo Boost, and DPTF.

Error messages:

  • None — the app simply does not open.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on getting NitroSense working on Windows 11 for my laptop.
