Still cannot launch Nitrosense after re-installing

Need your help as I re-installed nitrosense since it keep on giving me an error prompt about file not supported etc. I followed the steps on the link below but still does not work.

    Use this Acer official fix by Blayn-Acer last updated: Sep 27, 2024 guide at "What to Do if NitroSense Software Will Not Start" and see if the NitroSense on your Nitro laptop will work, remember that this app is problematic to all Nitro users, so you are not alone😁. Good luck and hope this helps you to solve this frustrating problem.

    Note: I don't know which Nitro laptop model you have, but if you have the older Nitro 5 like what I've got the model AN515-56 laptop, I was able to install the NitroSense app like this:

    • Download the NitroSense app from Acer
    • Go the NitroSenseV3.1 > folder
    • Click on the APPXBUNDLE File
    • Then you should get the install window below, click on "Install" as the NitroSense app will install and work and also work from the NS keyboard key
