The laptop just gets stuck, and I can't do anything unless I perform a forced shutdown.

I don’t know what’s happening, but today when I tried to turn on my laptop and pressed the power button, the keyboard lights came on, but the screen stayed completely black — not even the Acer boot logo appeared. I tried holding the power button to force a restart, but still nothing happened. So I closed it for a while. In the evening, it turned on and worked fine for some time. But later at night, I faced another issue — while watching a movie, the entire system suddenly froze. The screen stayed stuck on the movie scene like it was paused, and nothing responded. At first, the keyboard lights were still on, but after a few minutes, even the keys stopped working.

I had to force shut down again using the power button. I restarted it, but I really don’t know what’s going on.

Please help — I need every possible reason, solution, or tip. This is urgent, and luckily, I’m still within the warranty period

Laptop Freezing – No Battery Reset Hole on Most Nitro Models, so attempting a manual battery discharge isn’t an option.

lap is currently working and this issue comes some times so can u have any suggestions to avoid this problem becuase i thought to claim the warranty in september for some personal reasons and busy schedules? will it create big problems in this period of time. and i recenty replaced with a new ssd in warranty becuase of over heating its not been a month since i replaced @Puraw
