Please check if it is in place of the power adapter ! Then check the Power LED under your screen, or if there is a reaction. If the power LED is on, electricity comes to the device. Then place it on the laptop, on your desktop device with an image outlet unit. Check if there is an image. If there is no problem, enjoy it.

If there is no reaction on your screen, start the return or replacement process in the form of "corrupted product/not working" where you buy.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

If your Acer EK241Y monitor won't turn on, start by checking the power connection. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the monitor and a working power outlet. If it's still not working, try a different power outlet and cable to rule out those as the problem. If the issue persists, there might be a problem with the monitor itself, requiring further troubleshooting or potential repair.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:-
    1. Power Related Issues:
    Check the power cord:
Make sure the power cord is properly connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet.
    Test with a different outlet:
Plug the monitor into a different power outlet to see if the problem is with the outlet itself.
Test with a different power cord:
If possible, try using a different power cord to see if the original one is faulty.

    Power cycle the monitor:
Turn off the monitor, unplug it from the power outlet, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
    Reset the monitor:
Some monitors have a reset option in their on-screen menu, or you can try a hard reset by unplugging it and holding the power button for 30 seconds.

    2. Cable and Connection Issues:
    Check the video cable:
Ensure the video cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
Test with a different video cable:
Try using a different video cable to see if the original one is damaged.
    Check the input source:
Make sure the monitor is set to the correct input source (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.).
    Test with a different device:
Connect the monitor to a different computer or device to see if the problem is with the monitor or the original computer.

    3. Monitor Issues:
    Inspect for physical damage:
Look for any signs of physical damage to the monitor, such as a cracked screen or damaged ports.
    Check for blinking power LED:
If the power LED is blinking, it could indicate a problem with the monitor's settings or a compatibility issue with the connected device.

    Consult the user manual:
Refer to your Acer monitor's user manual for specific troubleshooting steps or reset procedures.
    4. Computer Issues:
Check the computer's display settings: Make sure the computer is recognizing and displaying to the monitor.
Update or reinstall graphics drivers: Outdated or corrupted graphics drivers can sometimes cause display issues.

Test with a different monitor: If possible, connect a different monitor to your computer to see if the problem is with the computer itself.
    5. When to Seek Professional Help:
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, your monitor may have a hardware problem.
Contact Acer support or a qualified technician for further diagnosis and repair.
