Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recently faced network issues, which made me unable to connect to WIFA after a certain period of time. It seems that I am having the issue on/off.

Can you advise me on what I can avoid and fix the issue? Also, I tried to restart the PC, but it took quite some time to restart the system.

The model is SWIFT SF314-57G. Attached is the incident that happened.

Hi. Thank you for your reply.

    Is it the alternative solution?
After removing and installing the driver, will it work as well? The driver is the only driver in the system as attached screenshot. Can it update without removing the driver in case it might not be able to install the same driver back?

Hi, check first your router by connecting a Wi-Fi device to it and check how stable the link is, if that device does not have the disconnect problem, then just uninstall the AX201 network adapter in Device Manager and reboot. Windows 11 will reinstall the network driver even without Wi-Fi: When you uninstall the driver via Device Manager and reboot your computer, Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically using its built-in driver repository. This process doesn't require an internet connection. Do not install any drivers, let Windows install the correct driver.

Hi. My PC is in Windows 10. The router is working well. Mobile devices plus television able to operate with connectvity. I just go ahead and the system will install the right network adapter driver?

Your SF314-57G uses an Intel AX201 WLAN card, and they are usually quite stable. There is a chance one of the antenna wires has come loose, or that the card itself has failed. Either way it's worth opening it up to verify it's not just the antenna. There are 11 torx screws holding the case on:

Unless you are in to pulling laptops apart fairly often you may have to source that screwdriver… Just pick up an inexpensive set of the small sizes.
Once the cover is off, disconnect the battery:

The look at the WLAN card and verify the two antenna wires:

If they are both solid then the likely fix is to get a replacement AX201 and put it in in place of this one. That screw shown at the bottom of the red box is all that holds it in place.
