This desktop is equipped with an APU and not with a graphic card. The APU uses the memory installed (shared memory).
You have the option to upgrade memory. There are 4 DIMM slot that supports Maximum memory of 32 GB (using four 8 GB modules) with Data rate 1600 MT/s DIMM type DDR3 1.5V or DDR3L 1.35V SoDIMMs.

This model has One PCI Express x16 slot reserved for GPU card installation.

    Form Factor and Compatibility:
The Acer Aspire TC-120 is a compact desktop PC, and its case and motherboard are designed for specific components. This means that you may have limited options for GPU upgrades, as you need to ensure the new card fits within the case and has the necessary power connections. I see another use who upgraded to Radeon R7 240 here What graphics cards fit a ATC 120?

If you want to add an GPU, then you may need to upgrade your Power Supply unit since it was shipped with Non-PFC 200W. that output is low.

You may try upgrading to windows 10 with the same GPU. Create a backup USB recovery media so that you can restore if to factory settings if anything should go wrong. create Acer Recovery Media

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
