I have Spin SP513-51 that has 128gb SSD only and I would like to upgrade it to 1TB or 2TB but I'm not sure what is the compatible SSD to buy.

Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance.

Yes, you can upgrade the SSD for the Acer Spin SP513-51. This model uses an M.2 SATA SSD, so you'll need to replace the existing drive with a compatible one. You can upgrade to a larger capacity, such as 1TB. However, keep in mind that this laptop has only one M.2 slot, so you'll need to clone your current drive or perform a fresh installation of the operating system on the new SSD. This is all the specs that Acer has for the Spin SP513-51 M.2 SSD drive, its quoted as an M.2 SATA, Third Generation type slot which is B&M end key twin slot type as shown in the caption below, do NOT buy PCIe 3rd or 4th Gen M.2 SSD drives as they will not work with this laptop.

These are the M.2 SATA III drives that Acer lists for this laptop in its service guide, which I think the CV3-8D 512 also comes in 1TB capacity, so search the web for this drive to upgrade the drive for more capacity. good luck and hope this helps you out.
