Hi. I have some questions and problems with Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-41 laptop:

  1. ANV15-41 that I have has only 8 gb of RAM, but I often see, that other people have 16 gb of RAM in their not upgraided ANV15-41. Does it normaly have 8 or 16 gb of RAM?
  2. I have a problem with NitroSense programm. It doesn worked from when I have laptop, so I reinstoled it from offical website and it still wont run. I dont really know where is the problem, but I have some suspicions, wich are dedicated to my next problem.
  3. My ANV15-41 have Windows 10 OS instoled, but as I see in the official website all of the drivers are dedicated to Windows 11 and this is probably why NitroSense wont work. But it realy dont have enought RAM to normaly work on Windows 11. Even on Windows 10 just to run it takes half of RAM, and runing browser and needed programms takes allmost all of memory. Im not enen talking about gaming. Right now with 6 pages on browser and some basic programs (NVIDIA, Discord, Telegram, Hamachi) I have only 15% of it left unused.
  4. Probably this problem is the part of other. My GeForce RTX 2050 is runing hot. Just from doing literaly nothing it heats up to 40-50 C and in games it heats up to 75-85 C. Is it realy normal for gaming laptop to have such a high tepmeratures? Or its still a part of NitroSense problem, because this programm controlls speed of the fans in laptop?

Hi, 75-85° C is the normal temp. range for this model and 8GB is sufficient memory for running Windows11 but if you have a lot of programs installed you may want to upgrade to 16GB DDR5 RAM, just buy another 8GB DDR5-4800 MT/s RAM module exactly the same brand, size speed and part number than is installed.

Open Task Manager-processes and check how many programs are running at the background, if more than 80 you should uninstall some you don't use, also disable the Startup programs in Task Manager you don't need. Below a table with Acer tested RAM modules
