I bought Aspire A315-32 that had Win 10. I upgraded to Win 11 a year ago. My laptop 1st starting rebooting then stopped working. Created a usb drive with media image tool but still wont boot. I have tried everything from disable secure boot, F12, Alt F10, etc. I keep getting this screen attached & it repeats. The usb does show in bios & even if I try to use F12 to boot from it still does not work

I am also attaching pics of my bios. Please help as to how i can do factory reset or re-install Win 11

Unfotunately I am not familiar with the mechanics of laptop to remove SSD, etc

Hi this is a 2019 model and when bought from a non-Acer source there may be hardware issues. Contact a reputable PC repair shop and ask them to check the RAM modules and HDD. It is a good sign that you can boot to BIOS. If the HDD1 (boot drive) is detected on the first BIOS screen (Information) that you are not showing, all it may need is a clean install of Windows11.

Hi, that's what I was referring to, reinstall Windows11, but you can't boot to Wndows so you will have to install Windows11 with a USB bootable flash drive, not made by Windows Media tool but with RUFUS. First show a screen shot of the BIOS Information tab, (first screen you see after booting to BIOS.
