needing to repaste my gpu and cpu, but needing help on what type of paste/pads (Helios 300 ph315-55)

I have a 12th gen helios 300 predator laptop a ph315-55 model rtx 3070ti with a i7-12700H cpu. its starting to run hot and I clean the fans out every week and its propped up in the back with a box fan on me and it. but I am now starting to get around 85c in games like fortnite, palworld, farming sim 22 while I have to bump the graphics down from high to medium and low.

I am going to repaste the gpu and cpu, and clean the fans better once its apart, but I am also needing to know what type of pads to put on the vram? or what size pads for the vram? I am also thinking of getting the Thermal Grizzly - Kryonaut paste to repaste with. it was highly recommended to me. as for the pads, I don't know what kind of pads to get for the vram.

For thermal paste on CPU/GPU chips, I recommend high-quality thermal paste like Arctic MX-6. I do not recommend Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, as this paste tends to dry out quickly when temperatures get high, making it unsuitable for use in laptops.

As for VRAM, I recommend using a VRAM pad replacement paste such as K5 Pro. K5 Pro is a viscous thermal paste designed as a thermal pad replacement for computer components.

Now, as for proper maintenance, check out my comment in the post I shared. If you clean your laptop fans, air vents, and apply thermal paste using the methods I described, you will get great results. Make sure you watch the shared video fully and read the steps carefully.
