I have done a foolish mistake when I was reinstalled windows 11 on my Predator Helios 16.

After that I was facing some issues, like keyboard lighting effects are just getting off after closing predator sense, cannot change the boot logo and a camera issue - blur background is not working (may be its not include in this mistake).

I have deleted recovery partition, and now everything from OEM is gone.

I want that all back,
can I get that back again ? or I have to use this laptop with this mistake.

Please Help.

Hi, this is last year Windows11 23H2 laptop, why did you install Windows11 again? if you tried to install version 24H2 you should have waited for the upgrade being offered by Microsoft, like most of us do. The only solution is taking your laptop to Acer services in your country to reset the system to factory default for a small service fee,

3 Months ago, My Wi-Fi Card was malfunctioning (Sometimes detecting, sometimes not), So I decided to call Acer and they tried every possible things from software side, They told me to do a clean windows installation, but at installation time, I deleted recovery partition accidentally.
I got New Wi-Fi Card because the solution didn't work under warranty.
My Laptop is still under warranty.

I don't know how you Clean installed Windows 11 23H2, but that version can no longer be downloaded from the Microsoft site, only 24H2 ISO images are available. I recommend taking the laptop to Acer Services in your country or submit online a repair under warranty ticket with Acer Support and wait for a response by e-mail with instructions.

So did you ever get a copy of the original install? Or was no one any help as it seems from what I can read? I would love to know as I am trying to do a fresh install with zero luck myself.

@BillInTN I have not get any help still,
Currently, I have all drivers updated and no problem at all, except one,
I can't change predator boot logo with custom one, I don't know if It could be fix.

You can do fresh install but don't remove recovery partition, You can use Acer Recovery Media that I knew belated.

Well I don't have a recovery partition. I do have multiple usb/dvd installers for w10 and w11. But get the nefarious no storage devices found message when I try to do the install. ALL the drivers as well. Not worried about changing anything, just want a good w11 install. LOL.

    @BillInTN I got you,
You need storage drivers from somewhere,
I have two drivers, one was worked for me,
Download these two folders, and copy them to another pendrive and use that drivers for detecting the storage drives while installing windows,
Don't delete recovery partition, remember it.

YOu can order a factory restore USB thumb drive from Acer...it'll cost you though...something like £40
