Is anyone out there actively using Linux (any distribution) on this laptop?

I see one post in this forum reporting issues with installing PopOS, but they seem specific to that distro:

More often than not, new hardware like the SFG14 models, means that full Linux support is going to take a while. They will take as long as a year or so to get all the devices included. As suggested it look like sound issues are one possibility so far.
