Touchpad not working on Acer Predator Helios 18 (Model:PH18-72-924C) after install Ubuntu 20.04

Hi I recently bought an Acer Predator Helios 18 Laptop (Model:PH18-72-924C) and installed Ubuntu 20.04 myself. However, the touchpad did not work.

However, after installing the OS, the touchpad did not work. https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/77-touchpad-troubleshooting is not helpful. I tried re-installing the driver and reboot.

I had the exactly same problem as https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2475317&s=710522a028c7a9ca193f5139303d3d7e , but the solution did not work for me, since the Predator BIOS does not have the option of "Basic" or "Advanced" touchpad.
