I have an Acer predator helios PH16-71, and I decided to use my windows 11 pro key after reinstalling windows 11.

Problem is now whenever I choose factory reset (windows update>advanced option>recovery>factory reset) it doesn't work. Laptop restart in advanced boot but it does nothing. After restarting it simply says it didn't work.

Once in advanced boot I can't reset windows 11, I can only use CMD prompt, uninstall updates, boot into BIOS. Restore recovery image also show an error ("Windows recovery image not found").

I tried to reinstall windows 11 using a USB drive, but I can't see my SSD during install, and if I choose to keep my files, there is a windows compatibility error, and I can't go further.

I tried to reset after creating a Recovery drive, but there it tells me there was a problem during PC Recovery.

Is there a way to factory reset to the Acer windows 11 home version I had when I bought it?(With all the bloatware).
Can I find the windows 11 home key anywhere?

Because it looks like I'm stuck now.

There was the recovery volume on your boot drive with Acer's OEM version of Windows10 that you deleted by reinstalling Windows (Pro) and WindowsRE on your Recovery disk that won't work with W11 changed by trying to upgrade to Pro, needs to be exactly the same Windows version. You can roll back to Windows11 Home with an ISO image on a USB Installation flash drive, but you need to copy the unzipped IRST driver to the USB disk (see link). When you can't upgrade the newly installed W11 to Pro your upgrade key is either not legit or you are not doing it right, contact the shop for instructions. Whatever you try, you won't be able to restore your laptop to Acer's factory default anymore as that data is gone. If you want the original wallpaper and Acer apps, trial versions and promos back you need to bring the laptop to Acer Services to restore it for a small service fee and also upgrade to W11Po with a legit product key.

I still have my partition intact and the recovery partition is still there. I can see it in BIOS and windows.

Windows wasn't able to detect my drives and partitions before boot and I had to manually install intel drivers.

I did copy the extracted Intel IRST driver to my bootable USB, and installed the VDM drivers during windows 11 install. All the drives and partitions reappeared.

After cancelling the installation, I was able to use "reset this PC" option in both advanced boot and windows.

It also came with all the ACER bloatwares and McAfee, wallpapers etc. So it's probably the original version.

That being said, Windows auto detected my professional key linked to my windows account, so I wasn't able to restore the original windows 11 home key that came with the PC. But I don't really care… For now… But it's kinda weird that ACER don't provide the key… But perhaps it's just one of these cheap OEM key linked to one drive and when it's gone it's gone…
