Travelmate P214 N19Q7 added HDD but cannot close the cover.

I just bought this laptop, and I've found that there is a slot HDD, then i bought the connector for the HDD.

After plug the HDD and want to close back cover, it can't close properly. maybe someone can help me

The Acer part number for the HDD bracket is 33.VMNN7.001 and you can find it at eBay: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/256419252647

Compare the pictures of the Acer guide, Bracket picture and your laptop picture and you will see the bracket should be connected to the deeper screw holes which you are not using, either the bracket model you have is not correct or you are using the wrong screw holes, the HDD is protruding too much you have to mount it much deeper, use the screw holes underneath, it looks there is a screw/nut you can remove.

Make sure that the HDD bracket is screwed down properly.
