- My new 'Swift Go 16' trackpad has failed - suddenly on start-up there is no screen cursor or activity. I can still use a Bluetooth mouse, however.
- There are no driver error messages/indications, and various utilities tell me all my HID drivers are functioning and latest rev, and all my apps & Windows OS have latest updates.
- There are no 'screen instructions' available with the driver download packages, as is implied by Acer Help/Support info.
- The various support instructions I can find so far re trackpad &/or IO device driver re-installation, whether via Acer forums or AI searches, are all either incomplete, ambiguous, overly generic, self-assumptive or out of date, such that they cannot be readily followed by an Acer novice (though I am PC tech savvy in general).
Please, somebody help - with relevant and full instructions on how to resurrect my trackpad?
