AN515-55 how do I solve my screen freezing when my laptop is overheating

hey, I have Acer nitro 5 obsidian black AN515-55 for about 3 years now. it is maybe half a year since I started to get problem with my screen freezing. I tried several things but nothing worked out. I know that it happens when my CPU is around 90 °C. I can hear sound and move cursor but nothing is responding. only fix I know about is that I must restart the computer by holding power button. Lately I noticed that it freezes when I play game (rocket league) and want to alt+tab when CPU is on high temperature.

You need to apply new thermal paste and clean laptop fans and air vents. Check my comment in below post

Sometimes, the cache files of Rocket League might get corrupted for odd reasons, and this
may also lead to freezing issue in the game. In this case, you can try clearing the game cache files. You just need to press Windows + E to open File Explorer and go to the Rocket League installation.

Also Disable the Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling. This feature should reduce the input lag of your PC, making the job easier for your processor. But for some people, it was the cause of freeze when alt-tabbing one. All you have to do is to go to the Display Settings, then go to the Graphics tab and disable the option.

Thank you for your response but I have another problem now. I replaced thermal paste and cleaned the fans from dust. ( I did change thermal paste and cleaned my laptop 1 year ago but without compressed air) I used compressed air and I was gentle with it when cleaning laptop so no liquid will come out, but when I took out fans, I blew it fast and when I assembled my laptop back my CPU fan is not working. I tried to disassembly the fan but I did not see any connection problem. (I tried GPU fan connecting to CPU fan slot and it worked so problem is in fan). I really do not want to spend 30 euros just for CPU fan. if anyone has more experience please leave some suggestions. Thanks.
