Acer Chromebook 315 topped holding any charge, wouldn't go passed 1% not turn back on

So just recently this laptop stopped holding any charge, wouldn't go passed 1%. Tried to do some solutions suggested on here. Such as a hard reset, it shut off and now has not turn back on since.

Yes, it's tough for us to give much better information without knowing which Chromebook 315 you have. They tend to change a lot each year… Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like Cx315-xxx-xxxx.
