Hello I have a Aspire A115-31 and when I try to charge it won't take a single charge and I'm think that it need a battery or the charger may be to get replace would I have to do that or maybe a hardware issue? (Note: Also it out of warranty  can't get support also when I chat with Support they say that have a local repair shop to take a look at the charger)

[Edited the thread to add model number to the title and to add issue detail]

You have 1 removable SODIMM slot, check if the DDR4 is bad, take it out and try to boot, there is a soldered RAM module. You can also try to reset the CMOS. could be the battery or the power adapter, when did you replace the 4-year old battery?
Power drain: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.
