It looks like you opened a couple of threads with the same question. The other one asked if you could upgrade TO an i7-1170F and 3070… If you have those already you should be able to upgrade to a 4070 and an i9-11900F. I would be tempted to look at the difference in cost between that, which won't give a huge performance increase, and a new 13th gen system.

Well 12th and 13th Gen intel uses a different socket then 11th Gen. You'll only be able to upgrade to a better i7 or i9 model.
