How do I fix my C24-963 series screen turning black randomly and screen shaking/vibrating?

I have had this PC since December 2021, and this problem started maybe around a year ago. All of a sudden, the screen would vibrate and turn black with any audio open still playing in the background, but nothing would fix it besides shutting down the computer. I thought it was a problem with the outlets in my house, so I got an extension cord type thing and stopped plugging in headphones. This helped massively, but since yesterday, the screen is turning black again and I have to shut it down and open everything back up once my computer starts again. I am on windows 11, and my warranty ended in 2022. Can someone please help? I've only seen one other post surrounding this issue on the same PC but no answers.

Go to "Troubleshooting black or blank screens in Windows" if that doesn't help then its a hardware issue that could be the 2x cables the LVDS cable or the LCD backlight cables that are lose or not connected properly and they are losing connection with the motherboard, check those, but screen issues can be many and its much better to take your AIO computer to either Acer or an experienced technician in your area that has all the appropriate tools and can fix this problem.

Been having the same issue almost since the moment we got this machine.

Not the only issue with this model either. It's been slower than my 15 year old i3 540 aspire X3950 right from the start.
Even right now all ive got is this window and a youtube video playing and task manager shows the CPU is grinding away at 70% and ram is 80%

Just get a tower if you want a desktop. You'll pay half as much for twice the capability and more inbuilt robustness and upgradability. This rig has all the disadvantages of a laptop without the portability, at a laptop price.

If your Aspire C24-963 is running slow make sure that you have all the Win-11 24H2 updates to its last OS build: 26100.4770, also update to the last bios version R01-A3. I don't know what capacity ram this AIO came with when you bought your C24-963, but if you have less than 16GB or RAM increase the ram to at least 16GB or preferably 32GB at DDR4-3200MT/s CL22 type ram for best performance results.

As the C24-963 AIOs with its Intel 10th Gen cpu and its UHD graphics and its Gen 4 x4 lane M.2 SSD should give your computer plenty of performance and should not be slow and definitely be faster than a 15 year old i3 540 Aspire X3950!

If its slow, then there is something very wrong. Do the above as it should improve your C24-963s performance by 1000% otherwise there is a hardware component that is faulty and restricting your AIO computers performance. Good luck something
