A yellow mark suggests a software driver issue, not a hardware issue. You should be using the latest ACER OEM GPU updates from this ACER download link by entering your full Nitro 5 model number (for example AN515-55) . You should not be using generic AMD GPU updates from the AMD download site even if they seem newer because they are usually not meant for your proprietary ACER mainboard.

Thanks bro but how to download oem update , where i can find it

  • Error code 43 could indicate a hardware issue as well.

Press and hold power button for about 5 seconds or until the laptop shuts off. Then a minute or so. Then turn the machine back on and IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery menu should appear as in the video shown at this link.

I had tried all method , but nothing solved the issue.

Issues 1. As i power off my laptop , and then turn on it is showing automatic repair and then blue screen Appears showing advance option.

2.i tried to enter to safemode then again automatic repair coming.

3.during reset it is showing no changes available reset cannot be done .

    4. If there is windows issues ,should i again install new windows or any other option

Try this. Shut machine off again. Turn machine back on and IMMEDIATELY start tapping the F2 key --- don't wait for logo to appear or it will too late. The BIOS menu should appear. Make sure both F12 boot and D2D options are enabled in the BIOS MAIN page. Also post a phone photo of the BIOS .INFORMATION page.
