Why are you running a game with integrated graphics when all Predators have a dedicated GPU?

Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

    1. The dedicated GPU is not connected to the screen directly. It needs CPU to deliver.
    2. The updates on CPU driver will fix the bugs and improve the performance of the integrated graphics card in other applications.

I found a work around to have the latest official drivers, but you will lose about 21hz.

So this issue only seems to happens with 165hz refresh rate, so you can add more custom refresh rate with Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)

    Steps:

    -Set you monitor to 60Hz

-Update to the latest official intel drivers

-Use CRU to set the new custom resolutions (i recommend; 60Hz, 75Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz), you just have 5 slots to add.

Note: you can use the Native PC option as is easier

-Then use the restart.exe or restart64.exe to refresh the monitor.

-Restart you pc with the 60Hz set.

Now you should be able to select any of the configurations except 165hz as its goes back to the last selected refresh rate.

    Additional notes:

-Every time you refresh using the restart/64.exe you will be able to select 165Hz and it will work as far as the computer is turned on, do not restart the pc when in 165 or it will black when turns on.

-Just to make sure you can try to run the restart.exe after installing the new drivers and restarting the pc instead.

-CRU does not allow you to add 2560x1600(2k) with 165hz but you should be able to add 1080p (haven't tested yet if that resolution works as well as 1600i)

I have exactly the same problem. Someone wrote that they will not update drivers for old laptops, but my laptop was released on 11.2021. The first and last driver are also from 2021! At the same time, Acer released several BIOS updates, the last one is from 2022... The service life of a laptop from the manufacturer is usually 5 years, and driver updates should be released during this time! This was the case with my previous laptop from another company. Now I have a more serious problem. I have updated absolutely all drivers and I have the latest Windows updates, except for the drivers for Intel graphics. Suddenly, when I turned off the display (not sleep mode, just shutdown), the screen did not turn on. I had to close and open the laptop to get the screen to work again. I read all possible logs, but found absolutely nothing. This problem was random. I had to update the drivers and make 144 hertz, as the jxquesada wrote above. The problem is gone for now. I really love my laptop, but I will definitely not buy another Acer. Why can't I use my laptop to its full potential because of the developers' laziness?!
