issue with Spin 5 and USB-C with Windows 11

I haven't used this computer in a while, but now see that the USB-C ports don't work. When I go to device manager, i see a code 43 error for UCM-USCI ACPI device. I tried uninstalling the driver and restarting, but that didn't work. Also, tried to find new driver, but said this was the most up to date. Acer website doesn't seem to have windows 11 drivers for this computer.

I called Acer's outsourced support, which said i needed to roll back the OS to Windows 10, which doesn't really seem like the right answer.

Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it? Super frustrating, as I can't use a USB-C hub etc.
