    Yes, I understand you only changed BIOS menu options and settings that were visible. That's OK. But those changes are not my main concern right now. if possible, please post phone photos of SECURITY & BOOT tabs.

    You shouldn't really need or want to have an option to change from a UEFI boot on any modern machines. The last OS version that didn't know about UEFI was Windows 7 prior to sp1, so well over ten years ago. I don't know what you are doing with Fn-Shift-Power-F3 thing, you enter the BIOS with an F2 (or Fn-F2 if your keyboard is in media mode) during POST when the system is first starting to power up. The BIOS should have Information, Main, Security, Boot and Exit tabs.
