When disconnecting the charger the laptop comes to life and goes as it should and the cpu runs on the max as I want but as I connect the charger everything chops and slows down
Maybe it's somewhere in the BIOS but I don't know exactly where. I will be happy if you help me solve it. laptop has temperatures cool is cooled well at a load of 100% temperatures do not exceed 50C°

Search Windows start  menu 'edit power'. Click edit power plan near top of menu. Click change advanced power settings. Expand processor power management. Expand maximum processor state subfolder. Set to 90%-100% on both battery and plugged in.

in the power options I have everything set when powered from the mains to 100%. I also thought about it but it didn't help. I even reinstalled the system and unchanged. Maybe it's somewhere in the BIOS but where I  really do not know. laptop is about 2 months old  In the BIOS I have something like battery treshold 30% I don't know what it is and I can't change it it's locked   I no longer know what to do with it

It is going to tough to pin down without knowing what model you have. The full model number will be on the same sticker as your SN and SNID and is likely something like TMxxxx-xxx-xxxx.

    (1) Press Ctrl+S in each tab to see if hidden options appear
    (2) Disable fast boot in Main tab. Also disable fast startup in Windows Control Panel power button app.
    (3) Please post phone photo of BIOS Information tab if possible
    (4) Can you access more options for CPU and power in 2nd advanced tab

BIOS version 1.32 does not seem to be an authorized ACER version 1.32 firmware. Was this already on the machine when you purchased it? It seems to have been modified?

Yes this version was already in the base. but I found drivers for this model from Acer on the BIOS but I'm not sure  but it will go downgrade
I want to say if it will install me at all on a lower version of the bios. But I'll give it a try

A BIOS firmware downgrade requires a special procedure but is risky. How long ago did you acquire machine? Who did you get it from?

I've had it for about 3 months. This problem makes from the factory. But the problem is I can't go to the complaint  it. I have there my RAM. original that  I no longer have. I have a different SSD too and Three days ago I changed the Thermal paste  Plus I don't have the original Windows there I reinstalled because I thought it was a system plus it was terribly trimmed that system a lot of things were missing there

OH My Good. I think I figured it out. cpu speed now doesn't Fall. I disabled CPU throttling. I enabled fast charge.I set the highest cpu frequencies. I put the voltage change on the car and I put the turbo boost to the maximum
Edit: when I try to turn off some of this now the problem occurs again
(But it has a disadvantage the laptop can not handle to go on battery but I counted on it On the battery now goes about 5 minutes and I have 47% 5 minutes ago I had 100%
When connecting the charger, the laptop shows 100%)

I've been playing with the settings all night. So I don't even know what I changed anymore but the ones I listed so they affect it except for the fast charge that when I turn it off nothing will change

I see the BIOS version 1.32 in Acer's support site. I wonder if they just posted it recently, but it hasn't filtered out to all support servers yet?

You can always press F9 to load BIOS firmware defaults. But I'm not sure what will happen with all the hardware and OS changes  that you've made. The BIOS firmware still seems to me as if it has been modified and possibly corrupted.

I didn't interfere with the BIOS until the day before yesterday But it also seems to me that it is so cropped Surely you know what I mean I can't even change the option to UEFI And the only place where I see the bios what is in the photos  The only way I got there was to press: FN-SHIFT-POWERBUTON - F3  Normal bios when I press only F3 so I miss there boot advanced and other things.   It's kind of weird. I need to get where I can completely access the BIOS and not with restrictions
