    Have you tested and verified that all USB devices need to be removed, or can you pin it down to one or two?

    Hold Shift while restarting then click on Troubleshoot and you'll see this page.

    You may want to go back to a previous restore point .

    Yep, just did it again. Fyi, the USB's i have are for hyperx cloud 2 headset, g pro wireless mouse and blackwidow keyboard, so there isn't anything "old" that might be causing issues.
