Try this. Shut laptop off. Unplug charger. Gently insert and press a paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole switch for 30 seconds. Then plug charger back in. Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue. This may take a few hours. Then try to turn laptop on again

I make the same suggestion to you @Salemx. You have a different model that the one this thread addresses.

I think I fixed it, it was WiFi driver bug just uninstall the Microsoft update driver and install the one from Acer support driver, and the problem will be solved.

    Thanks for your time

I had the same problem of blue screen only on restart with a new Acer Aspire 5 A515-45, the Ryzen 7 model, and upgrading MediaTek driver from version 3.0.1.1050 to 3.0.1.1309 worked for me.

I had loaded the Windows 11 Installation Media onto USB and reinstalled. That seemed to work at first, but after some background updates the problem reappeared.

Not absolutely sure which update messed it up. If it was the Insyde Software - Firmware as some suggest, then I have version 5.42.1.5.
