Looking for 500GB NVMe SSD replacement for my Acer AN515-54

I have my eyes on:  

1. Samsung 970 EVO Plus 

2. Adata XPG SX8200 PRO  

3. WD Black SN750 SE  

since this is Acer laptop then thermal issues need to be taken into consideration..and I heard 970 EVO Plus is a bit hotter than the others..https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/663909/my-laptop-nitro-5-an515-54-got-bsod-and-now-i-have-a-bunch-of-problems#latest so if you have any advice or other SSD suggestions please let me know. I need to buy ASAP because it's practically unusable, it'd give me BSOD "stop code: memory management" when I open more than a few tabs in browser. Hi,
Your number one choice is the best among other SSDs, I have a Samsung 970 Evo Plus and I don't experience of any high temperatures, other users may have some other problems causing higher temperatures, I would suggest you ignore them and go for this SSD, it's a reliable SSD.

Does it not have TRIM feature? Btw, I remember you said you don't game..Maybe that's why the temperature is low for you
