Hi everyone, i have some sort of a problem, when gaming temperature jumps to about 92-3 degrees on CPU and i can notice performance lost. I tried undervolting, it doesnt help, when getting disable turbo in throttlestop, the idle temperature gets ok - about 49 degrees, but when gaming its still the same 93. Any solutions? Maybe changing thermal paste will help? Laptop is nearly 1 year old but now i got more interested about temperatures that it gets, i cannot tell if its from the beginning of owning it, but i think it has become bigger problem few weeks ago.

Yes, don't jump to -125mV straight away, you have to go to that figure by small increment, so go for -80mV see how the system responds, then -90mV see how it goes, you have to be patient and monitor every change you make, there is no fixed settings for any system because other hardware differences between systems, for example, I have the same CPU as yours but you have different GPU than mine, so your settings may differ from mine.
You have to make note of the changes you make and test them for at least a day, I know it's a slow process but it's worth it.
