It seems like this is a regular issue. If my headphones are plugged-in when the laptop is booting, everything goes fine (I can hear the sound in my headphones). But when I plug out and plug-in again, the laptop stops recognizing the headphones (picture a). So if I want to use headphones I need to plug-in the headphones then start the laptop.
My laptop is new (spin 3 sp313-51n) with OS Win10 and because I didn't want all the non-essential services in Windows, I made a Clean Boot.
Things that I already try but didn't work out:
0) Test with other headphones.
1)
Play the audio troubleshoot.
2) Plug in very sloooowly (someone thought that this would work). https://acer.co/3hQKPZ4
3) Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound>speakers, Digital Audio, and headphones > select headphones as default.
4) Realtek Audio console > Device advanced settings > Choose Headset or Headphones.
5) Update driver
6) Because rollback driver is not a highlighted option, I update to one stored in the PC
7) Download and Install the drivers from Acer's website.
8) Uninstall the driver
The brand of my headphones..weell they are generic but they work fine on other laptops and cellphones.
I think this is a "driver" problem but I don't know how to fix it. If someone would be so kind to help me, I would appreciate it infinitely.
