Hi Every one,

I was working with my Chrome write after the latest windows update.. the window got f few times off and suddenly ran it to an error screen. And then boom it's restarted and goes to no bootable Device found. My 2 Ssd can be deleted and they are seen in the bios menu. I did rest the bios setting and tried. Kindly Get me a solution as this is an emergency. Due to lockdown in our city, I couldn't find any technician to fix it either.

    Hi @EUGENEDNA

Regret to know that Nitro unit gives "No Bootable Device Found" message, even after performing BIOS Reset. You stated that 2nd SSD is detected in the BIOS.

Does you BIOS detect the Local C drive, which contains the OS? If it is detected, then create Windows Recovery Media on a USB from Microsoft website and boot the computer with that USB & reload the OS. To get more info please click here.

If unfortunately the Local C drive is NOT detected, then it is confirmed as HDD - Hardware issue and you need to contact Acer Tech Support https://www.acer.com/worldwide/
