cannot install predator sense Predator PT315-52

my predator sense was not opening it showed on the taskbar but not the gui where you could change the fan speeds etc then i uninstalled predator sense and tried to install it again but it says the computer is not supported please help someone

I already tried downloading the predator sense from the acer drivers application but it displays sorry this computer is not supported. my model number is there in the plugs but still it displays that message.

Hi godliek,

In that case try to do factory reset, 

# Reset the unit, (It will remove all the data--->Unit goes to Day 1 of default version)

1. Turn OFF the unit.

2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit. 

3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)

4. Click troubleshoot option.

5. Click on Reset this PC.

6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)

7. Then follow the on screen instruction. 

Check this T/S and post the result.

I'm having the same issue "Sorry! This computer is not supported." When I first used my computer Predator Sense was working correctly, after a Windows update it would no longer launch. I uninstalled the program and downloaded Predator Sense for my PC model from Acer after inputting my serial number and now I get this error message.

None of the above replies have helped me. I also tried rebuilding my WMI, as suggested in an older help post, no luck. I don't require Predator Sense, but I'm disappointed in my Acer product because of this. I paid a lot of money for my new Acer PC and I was hoping all of the functions would work properly. I work full time as a live streamer and require constant monitoring of my PC's performance. I suppose I will use Task Manager instead. Though it was nice controlling my fan speed and RGB lighting.
