currently using nvidia driver version: 456.38
on battery games work fine battery boost 30fps cap that is okay
this is the important part hear me out; when the laptop charged fully at 100% and on plugged in power supply the games works fine note this is in high performance mode didnt try with balanced mode in power options yet. when plugged in and laptop is charging lets say 60% and charging all games crash then i have to shut it down or when restarted bsod dxg kernerl fatal error then nvidia graphics in device manager gets hidden i saw it because i applied show hidden devices. is the problem with the motherboard charging circuit or the charging brick or laptop or graphic card. fixes ive tried reinstalling latest nvidia driver ddu uninstall reinstall clean install previous driver evrything no fix. this is so frustrating i cant charge and play im giving the laptop on tuesday to service since this is only one month old of purchase mind u this has 3 years software and hardware warranty, is it hardware issue or software related **** me off i cant concetrate on studies since this is an expensive laptop i keep worrying, the bios is v1.07 there is a older bios in the acer site for this product should i get it back to the old bios. windows version 1903 currently all upto date. no updates for now.
should i tell the acer technican to get the older bios ? idk what to do im very upset
im worrying why i even bought this laptop couldve bought a decent laptop with gtx card or something
