    I do not recommend handing over your laptop to a third person who does not work for acer technical support and who you do not know. You have to hand the laptop over directly to the technician who works for acer.
    I already handed it over to that third person and the laptop reached the engineer.

    The issue was in keyboard of laptop. Engineer said he have requested the keyboard, and will update when replacement arrives. Also, the third person was legit and was cousin of engineer. He gave me a valid service call slip, so if anything happens, acer will owe me a laptop. Haha

    Its an update, if anyone sees this thread.

    Actually my problem was due to keyboard of my laptop. Everything else would work fine if I just the keyboard ribbon is removed (as told by engineer). Due to covid lockdown, the replacement for keyboard was unavailable and they took 14 days for replacement process. So I demanded a replacement of the laptop. They told me they'll process it, later they refused. But I told them I'm not gonna take old laptop coz they promised me earlier.
    Finally, after 2 months of debate and discussion, they are sending me a fresh new laptop, which was shipped on 10th of October and will reach me by Wednesday, as promised by them.
    But that was coz replacement of keyboard was late, else, it would take 7-8 days maximum for the problem to be solved.

    Have you received the new laptop?
    By this reply, I want to update my case details.

    I received the laptop. But it was a recertified unit, so I called them. They first asked me to prove its recertified, so I proved that first. Then, they told me that they will further confirm that the unit sent to me was recertified. Later, they accepted that they sent me a recertified unit.
    I told them I'll go consumer court, coz they sent me something else than what was promised.
    So, they called me a day later and said they will give me full refund.
    I was fed up of all of this, so I accepted the refund. So, I'm waiting for the refund. Its assumed to arrive after 4 days.

    Guys, finally, I wanna warn you guys.
    I wrote this on my Amazon review as well.
    Purchase Acer products on your own risk. They are very bad at providing after sales services.
    It happened to my friend as well few months before the lockdown (In India).
    They just delay your case, even for a little work.
    And, everything about my case have been updated here. So it will be available for all users.

    I'll put an update once I get my refund.
