Massive fps drops in fortnite ... PH315-52-792F

Why is there massive fps drops while i am playing fortnite on my helios 300 with 16gb ram 1660ti ......... does this specs is more than enough for not having fps drops??

    Srijansm its not the specs you might be thermal throttling check your temps cpu shouldnt go above 85'ish and dgpu 70/75 max and optimise your windows properly and undervolt check here  if still needed after you would need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar yourself if you can without voiding the warranty or send it back to acer to get it repasted with stock paste  good luck :)

    i already undervolted my laptop.. but also there is massive fps dro.. ita around 80 degree celcius while gaming... please help i cant even play fortnite on this gaming laptop

    Srijansm well if its properly undervolted with ts and the windows its also optimised and the temps are fine make sure to setup the game manually to run on the DGPU on nvcp and maybe try to  downgrade drivers the latest not always the best use some old ones and give it a shot 3/6 months old or even to reinstall it as thats not normal at all good luck

    CPU temp goes above 90 degree celcius even though i undervolt my laptop....
