I've had this laptop for about a month now and this issue only started today. I booted it up this morning and started surfing the web but after a few minutes my mouse froze and it rebooted itself, I thought no big deal maybe it was just the XTU. After it rebooted itself I opened XTU to see that it had reset to the factory undervolt and I thought everything was fine. Keep using the laptop and 5 mins later it reboots again. Any help will be appreciated, thank you in advance!

update: I just got it reformatted at the shop where I bought it and it was working fine until I installed PredatorSense then it froze my screen and started rebooting itself again. I rolled back to a recovery version without PredatorSense and it seems to be working fine now. Is there anything I can do to get it back? I've tried reinstalling twice now with windows updates and I have no idea what to do. Thank you again
